A mat class (on the floor) for those able to get down (and up again!), with assistance if required, to help with range of movement for all joints - neck, shoulders, spine, hips, knees and ankles - and to aid co-ordination and general movement. Balance and walking exercises help improve confidence.
Adaptations for each exercise makes this class suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome.

Trained to Intermediate/Advanced Level as a Body Control Pilates Instructor with Level 3 REPs accreditation. My further training includes working with people living with neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson's Disease, and Stroke Survivors. Running dedicated classes for conditions at all levels and also offering private sessions for clients wishing to focus solely on their personal situations.
I also run several general classes for those wishing to improve their posture, stamina and enjoy all the benefits of Pilates.
