This is a mixed abilities Pilates mat class with emphasis on control, quality and focus of the exercises and the breath, followed by stretching at the end. This will give your both your mind and body a workout using different exercises from the Pilates classic method each class.
Bring water, a mat, wear comfortable clothing – t-shirt, shorts or tracksuit. It is advisable not to eat for up to 2 hours before the class. Spare mats are available. There is free on site parking. Contact me for class location as we sometimes have to move to a different room, depending on the College room bookings.
