The cost includes a video recording of that week's class available for the remainder of the week, so if you want to repeat the class, or you can't make the class in person that week you can still do the class at home.

This course is for you if you are totally new to Pilates, or if you have done Pilates before, but not for a while. There will be options provided to make each exercise easier or harder depending on how you are feeling. There is no pressure to do anything that isn't right for you, and I encourage you to listen to your body and rest if you need to, so don't worry in the slightest about "not being able to do it".

This is mat Pilates, so the majority of the exercises will be floor based. It is contemporary/ modern Pilates - which means we will not just stick rigidly to the original 34 exercises designed by Joseph Pilates.
