Pilates with Clare Palmer

Clare Palmer is a level 3 Diploma Mat Pilates instructor, also qualified in Spinal Conditions, Advanced Pilates for Orthopaedic Conditions, Pre and Post Natal, and a Wright Foundation G.P. Exercise Referral Consultant. Following her initial training, Clare has taught Pilates classes in and around Herefordshire for 11 years, as well as one-to-one sessions and individual bespoke programmes. Her classes cater for all levels and abilities, offering different levels and modifications for all exercises given.

Since lockdown and the Covid 19 crisis, some classes have moved online with over 130 on-demand videos and live Zoom classes.
