Weekly drop-in class for beginners to intermediates, start any week and begin to gain strength, gain body awareness and improve your posture. I have been teaching for nearly 10 years, am fully insured with REPS and qualified to level 3 for Pilates. I'm also a yoga instructor with the British Wheel of Yoga. I really enjoy helping people feel stronger, more supple and aware of their posture. I've also worked with lots of people with health problems and time and time again I've found that mind body exercise can really make a difference.
