All classes are limited to 12 participants in order to ensure safety and the best results for all. All classes are an hour long.
Beginners are welcome to all classes, however if you are new to Pilates or would like to revisit the fundamentals, we highly recommend you start with a beginner class in order to master the basics before progressing to more demanding levels. With Pilates, as many things, you get out of it what you invest.
Pilates can be a fantastic way to manage and aid injury recovery. Those with an injury or illness may need a private Pilates introduction before being able to join a class. Please contact us for details on these.

This joint venture, emerged from the combination of our passion for health and well being, the desire to help people achieve their best and our mutual love of Pilates. We believe that a great teacher is all it takes. That’s why we set fantastic quality teaching as our main objective.
We currently hold group mat Pilates classes in West Hampstead, London. The studio is located just off of West End Lane and is convenient for residents of West Hampstead, Belsize Park, Queen’s Park, Cricklewood, Kilburn, Ladbroke Grove, Maida Vale, St Johns Wood and Willesden.
We also offer private & corporate Pilates classes, which can be arranged at a time and place convenient to you, as well as Pilates & meditation retreats in the UK and overseas and special Pilates workshops.
