Our mixed ability Pilates class takes place at Kings Hall, Prestatyn every Thursday at 6.10pm. Each class is 55 minutes long. This beautiful hall is set in an idyllic location, with underfloor heating and a free car park. I invite complete beginners to come and give it a try! Moves can be adapted to suit all levels. You will need to bring your own yoga mat. The door will open just after 6pm, please arrive 3-5 minutes prior to class.
In our classes we work on building up your strength through core exercises whilst stretching and toning your body. If you’ve been looking for a new workout routine that can give you a good balance of flexibility, strength, muscle tone and help for a few aches and pains, Pilates may be the answer. While athletes and dancers are especially vulnerable to repetitive motion injuries, they happen to all of us occasionally. That’s why Pilates can benefit a much wider range of people as well as help you heal from injuries. What links Yoga and Pilates is breath work, so this is also a focus during Pilates class.
Drop in classes are £8.50 but if you purchase a class pass classes start from just £6.50 each. All info is on the website and booking is required at www.yogagoldnw.co.uk
