This class is a small group limited to ten participants and is suitable for people at all levels but the most advanced. It concentrates on core strength and stability. It's demanding but good fun too.

I have practiced the Pilates method since 1997. Originally starting as a young dancer with lower back pain, I found Pilates helped not only with my injury, but specifically with my technical training.
I went on to perform as a professional dancer for 10 years, later incorporating aerial and circus skills. During my career Pilates helped with the everyday strains and stresses of such physical work.
I have completed a five stage Pilates course over 18 months that covered everything from Basic Pilates to Rehabilitation, Pregnancy and Sports Specific components. I ran my own business in Sydney, Australia that included mat and equipment based sessions. I am enjoying continuing that work here in the UK.
