I'm passionate about Pilates restorative,rehabilitative effects.
You won't need Pilates experience to come to my classes, as they include modifications that make them suitable for all abilities.

Classes are pay as you go, prices from £8, all equipment is supplied.

One to one training is available -prices available on request.
