Pilates Beginners

In this class you will learn the Pilates principles and breathing technique which makes your breathing more beneficial for your whole body.
You just need a mat and I will provide you the other equipment you need.

Pilates 50+ with Gabriele

In my 35 years of teaching sports to adults of all age groups I have noticed how difficult it can be to get fit and active again. This is why Pilates has been such a great experience for my learners as age and ability do not matter.
Pilates can improve anybody's physical well being, strength and posture which will boost your self confidence.
Pilates is a non-aerobic approach to safe re balancing of the body. Posture, strength and flexibility will be improved to a series of floor based exercises, introduced slowly over a period of weeks and practicing.
You will strengthen and tone the body, particularly the core muscles.You will increase your stamina and spinal stability to get a big benefit in your daily live.
You will also learn how to breath more efficiently and economically and will feel the benefit of it.
As you get a free taster session to figure out if that is something for you there is no risk, just try.
The progress and positive feedback of my learners give me great satisfaction which is why I love teaching Pilates.
It is never too late to start so give it a go.
