Hi I am a Body Control matwork instructor working in East Cornwall. I teach several classes and also take private lessons in my purpose built studio based at St Mellion Cornwall. I also have a Massage clinic - treating a variety of injuries and lifestyle issues - I specialise in deep tissue Massage and myo-fascial release work. I love to ride and run Pilates Rider Workshops twice a year.
