All my Pilates classes are suitable for all levels, there are adaptations throughout the class, so if you are new or a regular exerciser then these classes will suit you.

Hello,
I'm Cilla, I have been teaching fitness since 1992 and absolutely love it, it's my life.
I also love pilates equally, the feel good factor you receive from Pilates is outstanding, not only does your body feel great but your mind too.
I work on postural correction, and advise my class members on exercises they can do daily to improve posture, and then to maintain good posture. It is all about having body awareness, thinking about how you are using your body daily, how you are sitting and standing etc, making small changes to our stance can make a huge difference, and soon it becomes second nature.
We work on pelvic floor exercises for men and women.
