Sessions available are one to one, one to two, or shared between four.
Sessions are tailored to meet the needs of the individual, therefore ideal for pre and post natal exercise, injury rehabilitation and for those with a wide range of medical conditions. Pilates equipment can facilitate exercise that is advanced and athletic, or relaxed and restorative.

I have been teaching Pilates since 2001 and am the former Head of Pilates at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire, Greenwich. I am a member of the Pilates Foundation and the Dance UK Medical Practitioners List.
At the jadepilates well-being studio we specialise in personalised equipment-based Pilates. Sessions available are 1:1s, 1:2s and 1:4s. We have beautiful, Balanced Body studio reformers, a cadillac/trapeze table, a wunda chair, an arc barrel and an assortment of small Pilates apparatus. Pilates equipment uses springs with different tensions. Depending on your specific need the Pilates teacher will choose spring resistance for support, to facilitate movement or to create a challenge. This challenge may be to promote strength, control or a new neuro-muscular pattern. Whatever your personal needs and objectives, the equipment will be adjusted to suit you. The Pilates repertoire will be carefully chosen and individually taught to you so that you understand the most effective way to move and inhabit your own body. This is personal training at its best, whether it is an approach that is advanced and athletic or relaxed and restorative, we will tailor the Pilates to you.
The studio was built in 2014 in a tranquil setting, underneath large oak trees, which can be seen from inside through the skylights. There is a lot of light and warmth, as it faces the sun for most of the day. It is relatively hidden, set back at the end of a quiet, private garden. It is the perfect environment to relax, concentrate and devote time to yourself.
