This group class is a combination of a Pilates mat class and a Reformer class.
The Reformer is a specially designed spring resistance- base piece of equipment to develop a strong and supple core.
Both sections of the class will challenge you to connect to that core strength and then to move from it.
It is a fun, full body workout that improves posture flexibility, strength and balance.
Instructor permission is required - maximum 4 students per class
