All Pilates Personal Training sessions are 75 minutes.
Depending on the client's preference sessions can take place in the quiet environment of a studio setting or a health club. Sessions can incorporate the latest cardio and weight-resistance machines as well as a matwork area for core stability training, Pilates and own-body resistance training.
For an additional fee sessions can take place outside regular opening hours or on-site whether it be a film set at Teddington/Twickenham studios, a horseriding arena, a client's office or in their own home (or garden!). Contact Wendy for a quote.
