I am a qualified physiotherapist with additional APPI Pilates Level 1 and 2 training. My previous experience lies within Private practice Musculoskeletal and Acute/Community Neuro.

My special interest lies within Neurological Conditions such as; stroke, ms, parkinsons, guillian barre and MND.

I currently provide Neuro Pilates classes at the MS Centre in Norwich. Assessment is required before attending a class. Current offer: Free initial Assessment

1:1 sessions are also available with small equipment or matwork based pilates.

I am HCPC, CSP and ACPIN registered.
