Morning Pilates for Beginners (Online via Zoom)

Get your weekend off to a good start with my Zoom Pilates for beginners Saturday morning class.

In this morning session, we focus on performing a series of Pilates exercises slowly and precisely in combination with a controlled breathing technique.

This beginners' class is good for improving your:

* core strength
* flexibility
* overall wellbeing

I demo each exercise first and give clear, detailed instructions. Then I watch and guide you as you carry out the moves.

You’ll get plenty of individual attention and adaptations to suit your abilities thanks to the small group size (maximum 8 students per class).

My students describe my classes as ‘cheerful’ and ‘motivational’ — so if you’re looking for an online Pilates class with an upbeat atmosphere and heaps of encouragement, this is for you!

I’m a qualified mat Pilates instructor who likes to wear a big smile and inject laughter into her classes.

I’m your woman if you’re a Pilates beginner who wants to find joy through exercise.

I'm based in Luton, Bedfordshire in the UK and when I’m not exercising you can usually find me sipping on a glass of wine.

All my teaching is currently online via Zoom.
