Hi I'm Sian and I run Feelgood Fitness, a small boutique Pilates and Wellness Studio in Bristol.
I've been in the fitness industry for over a decade now, starting out as personal training before moving into Pilates and sports massage. Along my journey, I've had 2 children which inspired me to go to specialise in women's health particularly around post natal recovery.
As well as women's health I love to work with chronic injuries and illnesses including MS, musculoskeletal,scoliosis and hypermobilty.
I'm passionate about keeping classes small, inclusive and for all.
