8:15 - 9:35 p.m. Energy Flow Yoga /Meditation - Mixed level
Tuesdays
7-8:15 pm. Dynamic Yoga mixed levels
8:20-9:30 pm. Pilates Plus Mat Class - mixed levels
Thursdays
7:00-7:55 p.m. Hula-Hoop Dancing - Beginners
8:00 - 9:05 p.m. The Feldenkrais Method - Beginners

Winter classes run for 14 weeks , starting week of January 7th, ending in the week of April
28th with 2 week midterm break in the weeks of February 11th and 18th and a 1 week Easter
break in week of April 2nd .

Hi! I'm Jill Everett, a certified Body Control Pilates teacher, also Pilates foundation trained, teaching Pilates full time for 13 years, and author of the popular book PILATES PLUS YOGA and PILATES PERSONAL TRAINER. I am also a certified Yoga teacher, accredited Feldenkrais Method Practitioner, and Hula Hoop Dancing teacher. My Pilates mat classes are mixed level , and combine classical Pilates full mat exercises, and Pilates prep exercises and my experience of teaching Yoga and Feldenkrais also informs my Pilates teaching. The classes are always evolving ,effective, lively and challenging fun! You will see and feel results!
