Very friendly classes with a relaxed atmosphere. These classes will do wonders for your body whether it's aches and pains, posture alignment or to strengthen and tone up. The teacher is a qualified fitness instructor and an advanced level Pilates instructor and has been teaching pilates since April 2008.

I qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2008 and have been running group classes and private tuition ever since. I love how Pilates can literally transform your body whether to become stronger and more flexible or to aid in postural or back problems. I run classes every Monday and Wednesday at 6.30pm (term-time) at Manorbrook School in Thornbury.
