SoPilates

Sophie is a qualified Matwork Pilates Instructor and a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS). Having practised herself for many years she is passionate about Pilates and helping her clients to improve their fitness and wellbeing.

Sophie aims to offer fun, focussed and friendly mixed ability group sessions, encouraging clients to push themselves and leave them feeling energised, empowered and relaxed.

If you would like a more personalised programme which focusses on individual needs and goals I offer one-to-one sessions or ‘share a session with a friend’ sessions
