I am a Qualified Level 3 Matwork Pilates Instructor. I offer 1:1 or small classes in the comfort of your own home, or you can join me at a Pilates Class at any of the stated venues. (Please book first ).
I was trained by Modern Pilates. A fabulous in-depth training provider who teach a clinical approach to Pilates. It is a safe and effective method led by physiotherapists knowledge.
Influenced by the original Joseph Pilates method , but adapted to make it suitable for all abilities.
