The Garden Studio has underfloor heating, air conditioning & a sedum roof with bi fold doors.
In the summer we have the doors open viewing the garden and sky and in the winter we practice by candlelight.
Classes are small and intimate using a 'hands on' approach to teach good alignment & movement techniques, incorporating the Pilates principles of control and precision, concentration and breathing.
I have all equipment to deliver fun and effective Pilates classes including foam rollers, magic circles, flex bands, soft pilates balls, blocks, small weights and straps.

Hi, my name is Jan and I teach Pilates in Berkshire. I am Level 3 Mat Pilates qualified and am a member of REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals).
During my classes you will build longer leaner muscles, target the deep skeletal muscles that support the spine and stretch and strengthen your entire body.
Pilates is an excellent way to help with joint and back pain, to help release tension and stress and relax the mind.
You will notice improved posture, greater flexibility, mobility, balance and co-ordination.
