Red Bay Pilates is based in East Devon and teaches in lovely local venues, online via Zoom and in clients homes. Red Bay aims to promote excellent body awareness through the safe form of exercise, Pilates. Our professional and honest approach to teaching all ages and abilities is key to achieving this awareness.
We are passionate about encouraging a healthy lifestyle and allowing the body and mind to reach a level of ‘health’ that lets us be happy.
