A 'Just for the guys' class. This is a great class with a really friendly vibe. Some come to improve sporting performance, others to reduce back pain, improve mobility or simply to move better. I am passionate about pilates! The more I do it, the more I learn. I am fitter stronger and more flexible in my sixties than I was in my forties!
