Stacy Weeks is a multi award winning Pilates Educator & Movement Specialist with over 4 decades in the movement industry. Her small group classes and highly detailed correction, gives you a bespoke full body workout. Stacy has been featured in global press and trained with BASI Pilates, an international Pilates school of excellence that goes back to Joseph Pilates himself, so “you know you're in expert hands, doing the sort of Pilates that works to transform your body and mind”.
