The classes are run over a 6 week course with a maximum of 12 people per class, so that I can give you enough support and feedback.
The classes consist of a variety of Pilates exercises, designed to work different muscle groups. Each exercise has several different levels, meaning you can work at a level challenging to you!

I'm Mel, and I teach the Pro Pilates classes. I am also a senior physiotherapist who has specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and I am registered with the Health Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
I have a wealth of experience in treating a variety of conditions, including back pain, sports injuries and post operative rehab.
I have trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. I can therefore utilise my in depth knowledge base on how the body functions in injury and in health, to modify the exercises to suit your individual needs.
