Classes run termly and need to be pre-booked. No drop-ins
Face to face classes cost £12 each payable half termly.

Online zoom classes available on Wednesday at 9.30am and 7pm, Thursday at 9.30am, online classes cost £9.50 each payable half termly.

Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Tuesday: 9:45 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
Tuesday: 11 a.m. - noon

- Bone Health, Osteoporosis and Osteopenia
- Physical Activity and Health Considerations for the Older Adult

I teach face to face matwork Pilates classes in Hampshire at Beech Village Hall, Alton (Mondays and Tuesdays) and Elizabeth Hall, Hook (Wednesdays)
I also teach online Zoom classes on Wednesday at 9.30am and 7pm, Thursday at 9.30am
