Pilates

I’m a qualified Pilates instructor with over a decade of experience, having trained with FutureFit Training and earned my REPs Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification in 2013. I also hold a specialist qualification in Pilates for Common Orthopaedic Conditions, which has given me valuable experience working with all levels, from beginners to those returning after injury.

With a background in engineering, my teaching style is grounded, technical, and focused on precision rather than fluff. I approach movement with a clear understanding of how the body works and how to improve it safely and effectively.

My classes focus on building core strength, improving posture and flexibility, while also emphasizing breath awareness and controlled, purposeful movement. I offer modifications and encourage everyone to move at their own pace, creating a friendly and inclusive space.

Whether you're looking to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, or simply feel better in your body — whether you're new to Pilates or returning to exercise — you're very welcome in my classes, where you'll be supported every step of the way.
