The classes are suitable for beginners onwards, male/female and all ages. The class is mat based and some weeks I will use equipment such as balls, bands Pilates ring and foam rollers. The class lasts for an hour and we will finish off with a stretch and relax at the end of the session to leave you feeling destressed.
I teach the exercises in their basic form and can adapt as necessary, then for those who are more experienced I make them more challenging. If you have a specific health problem (ie, back) and are currently seeing/having treatment with a professional it is highly recommended that you check with them prior to starting a Pilates class.
