Polestar Pilates in training, I have attended the Polestar Comprehensive Course in UK last year. I teach Mat Pilates in Person (Group and private) and Online classes via Zoom (in English and Portuguese).
I have a Physical Education degree (Brazil, 2007) and Upper Degree in Physiology of Exercise (Brazil, 2009).
I am also a swimming teacher!
