Classical Pilates on the mat in the Bowling Club every Thursday at 10 a.m.
Private sessions using traditional Pilates equipment also available at a time to suit you in Linlithgow studio in Springfield Estate. Equipment available is Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs (high, Wunda and baby), Barrels (small, spine corrector and ladder) and pedi-pull.
