This level 3 class is suitable for men and women that have done Pilates in the past and are confident and comfortable with the Pilates fundamentals.

I love teaching the older beginners. The benefits they can get from starting Pilates is tremendous, it makes a huge difference to the way their bodies feel and move. I have two other qualified instructors (Julia Thomas and Katherine Butt) that work for me and between us we teach 20 plus classes a week in the Abergavenny, Monmouthsire area.
I run short courses specifically for beginners who have never done Pilates before. For those that have, I offer level 1, 2 and 3 classes. However all my classes focus on the Pilates fundamentals and I pride myself on teaching safely with expert observation and individual attention in every class.

I have been teaching Pilates classes since 2008 and before that I managed a sports medicine clinic in Bristol which included a busy Pilates studio. I have been teaching my own exercises classes from keep fit to circuits for more than 25 years. I also have a MSc in Exercise & Health Science and am an internationally qualified volleyball coach (and player!).
