Jelly Belly Post-natal Pilates

Attending a class can be a fun, social and motivating way of starting exercise. It is also a good opportunity to connect with other mums who are going through the same experience. Jelly Belly offers Pilates and training classes for mums who have recently had a caesarean or vaginal birth and are looking to increase core strength and stability, correct posture post pregnancy, improve body shape and muscle tone and work on losing the jelly belly!

This course aims to help new mums reconnect with their core muscles and pelvic floor post-pregnancy, creating better body awareness and a good foundation for more intense levels of exercise later on. Considerations and adaptations are made to cater for women who have had a caesarean birth, helping to aid recovery and minimising any pain or discomfort. We recommend women start 6 weeks post-delivery provided you're feeling well and you have the all clear.
