This class is community based so please bring your own mat. Booked in blocks of 8 this class builds from the basic exercises to stronger exercises. Working at the pace to suit the class everyone develops their body and mind. Maximum 8 students in the class.

I’ve been teaching for over 23 years in community and private pilates studios with many of my students going on to start a career in Pilates.
I teach “Contrology” pilates which uses the traditional method of exercises adapted to suit the individual. Join me for strength, stretch and control.
