A fun class working with much of the original pilates classical matwork repertoire. All welcome providing you are fit and well, but not suitable for anyone with remedial issues. I start with the more advanced options for the exercises but will give you lots of alternatives. A friendly and relaxed class with no pressure to be perfect! Payment on a drop in basis.

I am a fully qualified yoga teacher as well as a pilates teacher, and both disciplines underlie my teaching style. I have a keen interest in anatomy and physiology and came to pilates after damaging my back from years of yoga without a good understanding of the bio mechanics involved. Pilates has rejuvenated both my body and my yoga teaching, and I believe pilates to be the sound foundation to all forms of movement.
