Intermediate level classes are even more challenging for the core and for co-ordination. The aim is for movement to be flowing and dynamic so the body becomes evenly strengthened and toned.
Classes generally run in 6 week blocks for £60. Maximum group class size of 12, ensuring close supervision and support from your teacher. All equipment including mats, head cushions and stretch bands are all provided. Missed classes can be made up (by arrangement) at another class.
