Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, Oisine Hannan is now delivering group Pilates classes to her own studio in Laraghcon Farm, Lucan, Co Dublin.
As Chartered Physiotherapist and qualified acupuncturist, Oisine Hannan also has extensive experience in women’s health and this gives her pilates class an added dimension.
The class numbers are kept small number – 6 per class to allow for supervision of technique and safety and therefore suitable for people who have back pain or joint problems.
These classes are also excellent for anyone requiring post-natal strengthening and rehabilitation as they focus on reconditioning the strength and function of the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.
