I am a comprehensively trained Pilates Therapist based on the edge of the New Forest in Fordingbridge.

I offer the following services:

- Mat Pilates classes at the Avonway Community Centre, Fordingbridge
- Private Pilates classes - mat or equipment
- Pilates therapy - using Pilates movement, release techniques, massage and kinesiology taping to help improve your movement
- Pelvic Floor/Core restoration - if you are struggling with prolapse, abdominal separation or incontinence issues, especially in the years following pregnancy, a combination or relaxation, education and strengthening tailored to you can often produce improvements in symptoms and even completely remove them, helping you feel back in control of your body again.
