This session is for those who have a minimum of 12 weeks Pilates experience and are ready to explore intermediate and advanced moves alongside the fundamentals. Not suitable for those with significant joint issues or new to Pilates.

Teaching Mat work Pilates Locally. Classes vary from Fundamentals/Beginners to Sports and Intermediate/Advanced. Bookable in half term blocks of 4-8 weeks.
With 18 years of experience, I trained at the Pilates Institute London with Michael King. My Pilates is based on the classical moves of Joseph Pilates, but I add balance and functional strength training to all classes. Each move can be adapted, modified or varied to suit the individual and I encourage every class participant to select the most appropriate level on every move.
These classes are welcoming to all and each participant is screened prior to joining to ensure that the right class is chosen to suit the individual's needs and level.
