As you progress after the first few blocks of beginners classes the pace will become quicker as you are more familiar with the exercises. They will also become more challenging!

Hello, I'm Claire Morris, founder of Positive Pilates. I have been practising Pilates for more than 10 years.
I offer group mat work classes & private one to one sessions in St Albans, Tring & Kings Langley.
I started Pilates to help with the shoulder and neck pain and to compliment the other exercise I was doing & fell in love.
I took the plunge and qualified to become a Body Control Pilates teacher. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I love seeing my clients benefit from Pilates.
I have a hands on teaching style and an attention to detail to ensure all clients are getting the most benefit out of all the exercises in each class.
I am qualified to work with clients with bone health conditions such as Osteoporosis & Osteopenia.
