This class is for anyone who has completed a beginner's course wanting to work towards the next level or wanting to refresh their knowledge after a break. Suitable for all ages and particularly those with back pain. Small class maximum 12 people

I am qualified with Body Control Pilates Association as a Level 3 teacher. I am also REPS Level 4 specialised instructor in Low Back Pain.
