Pilates Matwork

I studied the technique for 18 months to achieve a full matwork Diploma with Micheal King's Pilates Institite in 2008. Previous to this my fitness career started in 2000, I hold an exercise to music award level 2, a gym instructors award level 2, and many other branches of different fitness qualifications. My Pilates diploma included certification in back care, clinical postural assessment, seniors, pre and post natal, pelvis and spine, ankle and knee, shoulder and neck, modified matwork for rehabilitation, intermediate, advanced matwork and personal programming for personal training. I also hold a fitness Yoga qualification. I am a qualified complementary holistic therapist and a sports/remedial therapist. CIMSPA approved CYQ 3 instructor
