Class for men and women with none or some Pilates experience. Small group classes to focus on each student providing tailored exercises for your needs and personal home care advice.

Classes taught by qualified Pilates and ballet instructor. Emphasis is placed on the fluidity and on the control of the movement using the proper breathing for a de-stressing full hour body workout. Class offers designed and tailored exercises which aims to rehabilitate, relieve back pain, correct bad posture and body imbalances, improve stamina and general body strenght, improve body awarness, give flexibility and coordination and build balance and stability by working around the pelvic area.
Group classes for all levels (max 8 people) and private sessions available 1-2-1 to a max of 3 people.
