I am fully qualified level 3 Body Control Pilates teacher trained in London at Body Control Pilates Russell Sq. I have attended the pre and post hip operation course, Trained in Intermediate Matwork, and working towards my level four matwork qualification with disciplines for older people and small equipment classes. I am an active person who enjoys the outdoors, running, mountaineering, climbing and sailing.
