This Pilates class is run for Mature clients and great class for beginners to learn the Pilates basics.
Classes run term times block of six dates (fee £48).
A new client can start at any point during a block and fee applies from date they book. in.
You will need a non slip mat, no shoes worn on feet but socks can be kept on.
If you wish to trial a class before committing fee £10 .

I am a Level 4 fitness professional teaching Pilates, Tai Chi and cardio Dance . Qualifications in weight management, nutrition and personal training. I have worked as a fitness instructor for 20 years and fully insured to teach adults and children. I have my exercise referral qualification to take on referrals from your health practitioner. Registered with CIMPSA as a Fitness professional.
