I practiced yoga for ten years before converting to Pilates three years ago, due to a hip injury. I found Pilates to be so effective, not only for the injury, but for the whole body and so pleasant that I decided to train to instruct. This skill gave me far more knowledge for myself and also the ability to share the skills and benefits of this outstanding form of exercise.
Whilst practicing Pilates under Cordelia Wolrsley I trained to be a level 2 Fitness Instructor in 2015, closely followed by my Level 3 Pilates Matwork Instructor qualification with Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology.
