From the smart, comfortable surroundings of our London Garuda Studio, begin your Garuda journey and learn the exercises that will transform your outlook on the way you exercise your body. We offer private 1-1 classes or group sessions where numbers are strictly limited, allowing our instructors to give you all the attention needed.
Using the specially designed Garuda apparatus, mat or other complementary equipment you’ll learn to control your body through precise stretches and actions, placing an emphasis on smooth, seamless movements without any stress on joints. Through routines carefully choreographed, you’ll soon develop greater poise and control, and a leaner, more resilient body.

Marta started dancing at a young age and after studying Physiotherapy, having danced professionally across Europe, both in Classical and Contemporary disciplines, Pilates was a natural progression to her dance teaching career. She received her Pilates training through Pilates Foundation in London and is a qualified Garuda Matwork and Apparatus instructor. She imparts Garuda Teacher Trainings both in London and abroad. Her close work with Garuda founder James D’Silva together with the continuous development of her skills helps to connect the physical improvements of the human body whilst also planting a strong root to long lasting mental and spiritual well being.
