The class is a mat-based Pilates and stretch class aimed at developing and strengthening one's core stability and muscular patterning in a more functional approach by including daily activity type movements in the class setting. The class is kept small (maimum 6 people) to ensure that each person has hands on attention to ensure that proper activation and technique is taught and demonstrated throughout the class.
