Our relaxed, fun fitness pilates class are a great way to develop your core strength, improve muscle tone and see a noticable difference in your posture. Exercises are developed gradually so all sessions are suitable regardless of your fitness level or any injuries you may have!
We have a small studio allowing for our instructors to properly monitor what you are doing and allow us to get to know you as an individual!
